New Life Church is currently renting the following facilities:

8,000 sf Sanctuary Building with 3,500 sf Childrens Church Facilities and 2,500 sf Nursery Facilities
These buildings are available to rent for Sunday Services (including a mid-week service). Rent is $3,800 a month and includes Sanctuary (8,000sf), Children's Church (3,500 sf) and Nursery (2,500 sf). This is a turn key facility seating 300+. Facility has a large foyer with coffee bar. Sound system and large overhead projector are included. Children's church and Nursery facilites currently serve our ongoing Daycare ministry and are age appropriate facilities with cribs, changing stations, etc. This presents a growing church with room to expand. These facilities are located in Valrico on hwy 60 with a trip count of over 50,000 cars daily.

Sanctuary available for weddings
Our 300+ seat sanctuary is available for weddings for $650. Price includes building rental, sound system with technician, and cleaning person. Rent includes access for decorating, rehearsal night, wedding day.
